The girls have created their own personal workouts for strength and conditioning that they will be teaching with their partners. They were select 12 different exercises that exercise the whole body that they found in a variety of fitness magazines. We will be completing these workouts as a class in the coming weeks. We also are on our third round of lifting routine in the weight room, every 7 to 8 weeks we switch the type of lifts to teach various ways of strenthening the body.
