As a service to its patrons, Broken Bow Public Schools provides On-Line payment capability for several school fees. Just click on the button on the right side of the screen to go to the BBPS Web Store. There are service charges associated with using credit/debit cards that are neither charged by nor received by the District. Please see the Terms Of Use section below!
Lunch Account Balance Information
Patrons, students and staff members can look up their current lunch account balance at no charge in the WebStore. You'll need to know your lunch account number. (see below)
Lunch Account Deposits
Patrons and staff members can put money into their student or adult lunch accounts. Traditional methods of deposits to lunch accounts such as cash and checks delivered to the lunchroom or school office by the student or parent are still available.
Activity Tickets and Passes
Student Activity tickets and Fall/Winter Family Passes can also be purchased in the BBPS Web Store. The Activities Director is notified immediately by email once payment is confirmed, and tickets can be picked up anytime thereafter in the High School office. Traditional methods of payment are still available.
What You Need to Log Into the Web Store
The Web Store will ask you for your last name and an account code, either a Student ID (for student lunches) or a Nutrikids four-digit lunch code preceeded by the letters "A-" (for adult staff lunches). Student ID numbers appear on the student's photo ID card provided by the district as a seven-digit number, and can be obtained by calling any BBPS principal's office. Adult staff should contact Doretta McFall to obtain a lunch account code if they do not already know what it is. Purchase of activity passes does not require an account code.
Terms of Use
Only Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards are accepted.
Lunch account payments will not appear in the account until the following business day.
Transactions over the Internet incur a 33¢ transaction fee per for each authorization against your card, plus a handling fee of 3.29% of the authorization amount. Broken Bow Schools neither charges nor receives these fees -- they are charged and received by the on-line credit card company that provides the service. Please see the examples below.
On-Line Deposit of $30 to student lunch account: ($30.00 X 3.29%) = $0.99 + $0.33 = $1.32 Service Charge
On-Line $30 student lunch deposit plus $25 student activity ticket plus $20 adult lunch deposit:
$30 + $25 + $20 = $75 total merchandise
$75 X 3.29% = $2.47 handling fee
1 authorization X $0.33 = $0.33 transaction fee
$2.47 handling fee + $0.33 transaction fee = $2.80 Service Charge
$75.00 merchandise + $2.80 service charge = $77.80 billed to card
