PK-5 PRINCIPAL

Due to retirement, Broken Bow Public Schools is accepting applications for a PK-5 Principal.  Candidates should have knowledge and experience in the continual school improvement model, leadership in curriculum and assessment issues, and an abundance mentality.

This is a 260 day position beginning August 1, 2008 with a competitive salary and fringe benefit package.

PARAEDUCATORS

The Broken Bow School District encourages and accepts applications for paraeducator positions any time during the year, although no positions may be open at the time.  Pick up application materials at the Superintendent's Office, 323 North 7th Avenue, Broken Bow or call 308-872-6821.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS

The Broken Bow Public Schools encourages and accepts applications for substitute teachers any time during the year.  If you hold a current teaching certificate, or substitute certificate, and would be interested in substitute teaching in the Broken Bow Schools, please stop by the Superintendent's Office to register your current teaching certificate and to complete a short application.  A copy of your drivers license and social security card are also needed.

If you currently have a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit, you may be eligible for a Local Substitute Teaching Certificate.  Contact Broken Bow Public Schools Superintendent's Office at 308-872-6821 for information on this certificate.
