Upcoming Events and Information

ALL SCHOOL FUN DAY on January 30 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm for all 7th – 12th graders sponsored by YOADA in the JH auditorium and the HS cafeteria.  This is FREE and will include activities such as dodge ball, the movies “Maleficent” & “Guardians of the Galaxy” plus board games. Please bring your musical instruments just for fun!

The Broken Bow Athletic Department would like to announce that ALL Red and White football jerseys are for sale to ANYONE interested in purchasing a jersey. Each jersey will run $25.00 and will be put towards purchasing new uniforms for the 2015-2016 school year.  Please see Coach Garner or Mr. Hogue for more details or to purchase a jersey during school hours.

Monday, February 2nd vs. Burwell
6:00 pm = 7th - AB gym – 1 x Game vs. Burwell  (Possibly an Extra Qtr to follow)
7:30 pm = 8th - AB gym – 1 x Game vs. Burwell  (Possibly an Extra Qtr to follow)
6:00 pm = 9/10 Girls - HS Gym
7:30 pm = 9/10 Boys - HS Gym

Tuesday, February 3rd vs. Ord
5:00 pm = 7th – AB gym – 1 x Game plus 1 Extra 8:00 Qtr.
5:00 pm = 8th – HS gym – 1 x Game plus 1 Extra 8:00 Qtr.

Saturday, February 7th
Dance Parents Night will be moved to Tuesday, February 10th prior to the
Boys Varsity Warm-Up

  • Girls & Boys Basketball Parents Night (Saturday, February 7th) will take place prior to the Girls Varsity Warm-Up starting at approximately 4:15 pm starting with the Girls then the Boys.
  • Grades 9-11 Girls will be announced with the girls standing on the basketball court – parents will stand when their name is called and your daughter can run up into the stands and greet you. 
  • They will then be dismissed off of the court.
  • Grades 9-11 Boys will be announced with the boys standing on the basketball court – parents will stand when their name is called and your son can run up into the stands and greet you. 
  • They will then be dismissed off of the court.
  • Senior Girls & Boys (Girls 1st, then Boys) will be announced together and both girls and boys players and parents will walk out onto the court together for Senior Recognition. 
  • More information on this arrangement will be announced at the end of the JV Girls game. 

Thursday, February 12th
9/10 Game vs. Stapleton JV HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!! (They do not have enough to play a 9/10 game)

Job Fair - Feb. 26 from 1:30-3:00pm at the One Box Convention Center. Custer County students can attend the job fair with a resume and be able to do mock interviews with area businesses.

Activity Passes

Students in grades K-12 should purchase activity passes before the first home contests.  The cost is $35.00 and the pass will admit students to all Broken Bow Jr. High and Sr. High home activities for the 2014-2015 school year.  Passes can be purchased at the Jr. High office.  

Admission prices for home contests/games are as follows:
Adults-$5    Students-$4    
($3 for adults and $2 for students at non-varsity events)
