Free Summer Food Program

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is partnering with Broken Bow Public Schools to serve nutritious FREE meals to children from age 1-18 this summer.  There are no income requirements and no registration is needed to participate.  The program will take place at North Park Elementary, 1135 North H St., Broken Bow, NE, Monday through Friday. The program will run through August 7th with the exception of Memorial Day, May 29, 2017 and Independence Day, July 4, 2017.  A snack will be served at 8:30 a.m., lunch at 12:00 p.m., and a snack at 3:30 p.m.  Children/teens are welcome at all of the mealtimes.  Adults are welcome to come and eat, but there will be a charge of $3.50 for an adult meal.  We also ask that adults coming to eat bring the exact amount as we will not be set up to make change.
We hope that you will take advantage of this Summer Food Service Program.
Please contact Jennifer Gibbons at 308-872-6821 in the Broken Bow Superintendent's office if you have any questions.
