Planning Region Team 28
Planning Region Team #28 is a group of parents and agency representatives working together to assist families who are concerned about the growth and development of their child, or have questions about what "typical" development is.
The purpose of the Planning Region Team #28 is to promote the understanding of the importance of early intervention for young children with disabilities or developmental difficulties. Planning Region Team #28 can help these families find services for their children to give them a much greater chance of success throughout life. Planning Region Team #28 will also assist parents in finding and paying for workshops and trainings to help them with the development of their child.
Children may be eligible for services if they present problems in any of the following areas: speech, hearing, vision, physical development, behavior, cognitive development.
Planning Region Team #28 meetings will be held at noon in the Broken Bow High School Superintendent’s conference, 323 North 7th Avenue, Broken Bow, Nebraska. To receive a meal at the meeting, you must RSVP to dmayor@bbps.org by the Friday before the meeting. Meetings are currently scheduled for:

Participants at workshops or Planning Region Team #28 meetings are provided with meals and can be reimbursed for gas mileage and day care. Daycare is not provided during Planning Region Team # 28 meetings, but daycare services will be reimbursed. Please have your daycare provider give you a bill for services.
